From the1980s until now, the private enterprises unceasingly grows strong and have developed an important force in national economic development of our country. 'The private enterprises have the superiorities, such as the mechanism nimbly in the management, the strong compatibility and so on, which is the important reason that private enterprises make great strides. For all this, there are many problems in the human resources management of the private enterprises, particularly, all kinds of problems arise in the mechanism management, which directly affects and restricts the development of developing persistently in our private enterprises. Only embarking from our country private enterprise human resources management reality ,earnestly researching the correlation motivation theory ,following the management ,can we promote the human resources management level of the private enterprises .In fact, the existing motivation theories have richly enlightenment to the motivation management of the private enterprises. Such as, the motivation mechanism construction of the private enterprises needs to pay great attention to the staff demand. Not only it should care about their physical conditions, but also build harmonious interpersonal relationship community and good growing environment. In addition, the private enterprises should be good at proceeding from the complementarities of the different motivation means, and adopts variegated motivation ways. At present, the private enterprises in our country have many questions in human resources motivation management, on the subjective understanding of the incentive management, there have the questions, for example, the motivational method is unitary now. They give weight not to moral encouragement, but to the material incentives. When they give incentives to the employees, they behave at will, and so on. There are some problems in the practical incentive management, such as failing in attracting the talented persons, inappropriate employing of people, frequently flowing of talented personnel, family structure of the talented person, unsound achievements inspection and so on. In order to solve all those problems, besides strengthening the existing means of incentive the executives should construct sound incentive mechanism more importantly, namely, systematizing and fixing the various incentive measures through incentive measures, satisfying the needs of the private enterprises ,which could affect the staff continually and effectively. The incentive mechanism of the private enterprise should follow the principles, the combination of the moral encouragement and the material incentives, meeting the employees' demand and managing practice, incentive of all the staff and the focal one, positive and negative methods of incentive, incentive methods of different person, place, and time. The key lies in following up the humanist idea, respecting and caring about the staff, winning staffs trust and their support. The incentive mechanism of the private enterprises should carry on from the following aspects, namely the incentive mechanism of economic benefits, cultural, growing, achievements investigation and price determination, the staff participation. To the different enterprises as well as the specific enterprise in the different development phase, we should pay attention to adopt the different motivation combination and the constructing of the motivation mechanism should also have the difference.
