It has been more than 40 years since the reform and opening up begun,private enterprises have become an important strength in the national economy by degrees.However,due to the weak internal control system,they are still facing a severe test in the fierce market competition.As the basis and focus of the entire internal control system,the internal control of human resources needs to be valued by the managers of private enterprises.This paper picks out the defective human resources element in the internal control of M private enterprise as the research object.By means of in-depth enterprise investigation and interviews,combined with human resource internal control theory and incentive theory,the author studied the status quo of human resource internal control of M Company and put forward some problems existed.Finally,it is concluded that there are many imperfections in the internal control of human resources in private enterprises,and each link is interlocked.The leakage of any link has a great impact on the effectiveness of the overall internal control and the overall development of the enterprise.In particular,enterprises must pay attention to the formulation and execution of incentive and restraint policies.Only by truly mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees can ensure the vigorous development of enterprises.
