On The Owners' Project Management System Analysis And Optimization During The Construction Stage Of Hydropower Project

Then, for meeting the owner's need to establish the model "small owner, great supervisor" during the construction, the paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the owner's construction Projects Management Information System (PMIS) and its structure. Finally, by introducing and analyzing the one owners' project management model who adequate the management model during the construction, the paper proclaimed that the new management organizational structure should be adequate and efficient.
