Study On Cultivated Land Resource Security In Chongqing Mumicipality

Cultivated land resource is the essence of the land resources,it is also the most precious material base on which the humon depend on survive and develop.However,because each kind of construction taking,the disaster destruction and the improper farming,cultivated land quantity in our country has been few more and more and the quality drops day by day. Continuously for a long time,China's food security and econmic and social development will be certainly endangered.Therefore,the safety study of cultivated land resource is significant to strengthen cultivated land management,ensure China's food security,promote cultivated land resource sustainable use and economic and social sustainable development.This article take the land resource scarce theory, the system dynamical equilibrium theory, the land sustainable theory and so on as the instruction, from Chongqing Municipality's social, economic, land use change of the relevant historical data, carried on the theory and the empirical study to Chongqing 's Cultivated land resource. Through the regional food production capacity for analysis, fand Cultivated land resource security watch value reckoning indicator system based on the food security, establishes the reckoning model, calculate the security line of Cultivated land resource security; through the reduction and increase in the forecasts of Chongqing Municipality cultivated land resource in the planning period (2006 -2020), estimates the actual area of a cultivated land resource; calculated by the end of cultivated land resource and the actual value of the security alert arable land area, measured pressure on cultivated land resource in Chongqing Municipality and cultivated land resource Security Index, which scientific judge Chongqing Municipality cultivated land resource security issues.
