The Research Of The Incentive Mechanism Of B Automotive Parts Manufacturer In The Circumstance Of Global Competition

This thesis analyzed the challenge and problem which B automotive parts manufacturing company met under the circumstance of global competition, and the measures of incentive mechanism taken by B Company.At first, the thesis analyzed the global competition of automotive parts industry, including the globalization of industry chain, restructuring between automotive parts manufacturer and automotive origin equipment manufacturer, international merge and cooperation, the inevitable trend of internationalization. Then it described the competition in China of B Company and the challenge of human resource management due to the global and local competition.The challenges of B company is closely related to the incentive mechanism. According to the employee satisfaction survey, it is found that there are a lot of problems in the incentive mechanism, including compensation, objective management, employee career development plan, honor incentive program, internal promotion.Compensation system is a very important part of human resource management system, as well as a short board of the incentive mechanism of B Company. The thesis got the strength and weakness of the compensation system of B Company through analysis of a salary survey, and explained the measures taken by B Company by means of compensation system adjustment.Furthermore, the thesis analyzed the improvement measures of implementing objective management, promoting employee career development plan, honor incentive program and establishing internal promotion system.At last, the thesis summarized the result of the improvement measures and the deficiency fields which need to be improved in the future.
