Research On Evaluation Of Engineering Machinery Part Supplier

China's engineering machinery industry develope rapidly, accelerating the process of international, domestic parts and components market environment face by the industry is undergoing profound changes,and the most important change is a global procurement, engineering machinery manufacturing enterprises in order to enhance the competitiveness of its products, in the procurement of parts and components in a constant search for the best resources and establish cooperation with external "win-win" supply chain dynamic alliance. Engineering machinery manufacturers through supply of spare parts to carry out a comprehensive scientific assessment of not only choosing the best partners from building long-term and stable cooperative relations, but also for the cooperation between enterprises avoid risks to help. Therefore, the engineering machinery parts supplier evaluation study have important practical significance.In this thesis, three main problems have been solved: the content and influence factors of engineering machinery part suppliers,the evaluation index system, the evaluation methods. the supplier evaluation contents and factors, the content of engineering machinery part suppliers has been defined firstly from three aspects:the supplier's products and service, the cooperative ability,and own conditions,combining with three aspects to elaborate on influence factors of engineering machinery part suppliers in the thesis;Based on the principles and steps, selection methods to establish the supplier evaluation theory and supplier evaluation and selection of the steps, in the supplier's products and services,the cooperative ability ,and own conditions s ,three aspects, it has been established that index systems evaluation of engineering machinery parts supplier. The entire evaluation index system is divided into three levels, including a total of 42 evaluation indexes in this thesis;In engineering machinery part supplier evaluation methods, common supplier evaluation methods have been analyzed from the common supplier evaluation methods and introduced the PCA fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the DEA evaluation methods based on Fictitious with unit AHP in order to resolve the subjective factors in the evaluation process too heavy quantitative and unqualitative indicators ,and finally,it has been applied to the case in this thesis,which results are consistent with suppliers practice situation.There are not many research jobs on evaluating engineering machinery suppliers in our country at the present. The evaluation index system of part suppliers of engineering machinery is established and the evaluation methods are used have a certain theoretic and practical significance.
