Research On The Implementation Strategy Of Knowledge Management In Chinese Enterprises

Our society has entered the times of Knowledge Management because of the development of science and technology. In this time, knowledge has become"intrinsic and kernel factor"instead of"external variation"with the increasing of economy. Therefore, how to manage and use knowledge (or intelligence) effectively has become the main issue in the management research field nowadays. Knowledge Management is not only a new change of the management mode but also an inexorable trend of social economic development.In recent years, Knowledge Management has become a hot topic that academics and business circles have paid close attention to together, however, KM should not be only considered as a fashionable concept in superficial layer, rather, it should be perceived as a powerful tool for the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, we have real necessity to attach great importance to the implementation of KM.Our domestic enterprises have encountered a great deal of difficulties during the process of implementing knowledge management. How to overcome these difficulties and challenges has become a fundamental problem badly need being solved by these enterprises. This essay attempts to start with the current situation of the implementation of enterprises of our country, summarize the problems often met by enterprises of our country during the process of implementing knowledge management and by analyzing them, I then propose the countermeasure solutions of pertinence. I hope that this article will do certain help to Chinese enterprises when implementing knowledge management.
