The Research Of The Fujian Branch Of China Tietong Development Strategy

The Fujian Branch of China Tietong is a newly founded telecommunications carrier company. Nowadays, not only faces the rare opportunity of fast development of west Taiwan Trait economy area, but also Fujian branch faces the impact of mobile phones and decline of fixed phone services.In addition to the new situation, it is a good topic to research that how to make a realistic and feasible development strategy to improve the integrated competition capability and keep the continuous healthy development of Fujian branch.This paper studies on the current condition, external and internal circumstances of the Fujian Branch of China Tietong according to the four periods including circumstances analysis, strategy making, strategy implementation and strategy control of the dynamic strategy management theory. The paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages that Fujian branch faces. It draws a conclusion that Fujian branch should apply specialization and differentiation strategy in the first development period, diversified and horizontal unification strategy in the second one. It also describes the strategy implementation plan for the company, which should be carried out by adjusting organizational structures and resources. The paper put forward an argument that controlling strategy effectively by evaluation of strategy execution at last.
