With the development of Internet + and the advent of the 5G era,The Chinese telecom industry will be more competitive.Since the restructuring of the telecom industry,the three prime Telecommunications carriers,Mobile,Telecom and Unicom,have transformed into where many carriers collectively competed and developed in Handan market.I analyzed the current situation of various broadband operators in Handan market,deeply investigated and studied the marketing strategy problems on home broadband business of China mobile tietong handan branch,such as Low brand awareness,insufficient product technology,less channels,single publicity method,and lack of anti-competitive efforts and so on.I made fully use of three basic competitive strategies including five forces model method,SWOT and other analytical tools to explore the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of home broadband marketing in the China mobile tietong handan branch.Therefore,I put forward some feasible improvement methods and related measures for household broadband marketing strategy of China mobile tietong handan branch.The survey currently found that it has a small market share,low degree of brand,and faces a very severely external market competition.In order to carry out broadband business,further improve the scale of broadband business and increase the share of broadband business in Handan market,it must further optimize the current marketing strategies.In this paper we will discuss the problems existing in home broadband of China mobile tietong handan branch,and come up with some suggestions on improving the visibility of the company and its products,including improving the technological level of innovation and research,expanding channels,diversifying publicity methods and counteracting competition.It is hoped that the home broadband service of China mobile tietong will be further developed,and the marketing strategy system for home broadband will be formed,it can provide theoretical references for the telecom industry carriers to develop home broadband service.This paper will play an important role in doing well marketing,strengthen management,improving economic efficiency and achieving enterprise goals of China mobile tietong handan branch.It plays an active role in the healthy development of broadband industry and is sense to enrich and develop the theory of marketing strategy on home broadband.
