Entering the 21st century, China's economy is still continuing rapid development and has attracted worldwide attention. In the fifth year of being one of the members of WTO, China's economy is facing increasingly fierce competition in the global market, which is reflected in: shorter and shorter product life cycle, more and more varieties of products, increasingly high demands of service and delivery. To obtain the competitive edge of market, as an advanced management concept, supply chain management is becoming a useful weapon to win the market war because it enable to integrate all various of resources and lower operating costs.In China, for many cases about supply chain management practice, because of superficial understanding of the concept, lacking of overall planning for supply chain and preparation for the management revolution, insufficient knowledge of information technology, these companies eventually lost the opportunities for improvement and fail to get the ideal business result that they should have.With the author's many years supply chain management practice in multinational companies and theoretical knowledge during the MBA study, various domestic and external reference documents reading, and the supply chain management strategy of HF Company was discussed, including: The background of its implementation, the analysis of its motive and the approach and method of its operation.This first chapter of this article described the current situation of the supply chain management development home and abroad, analyzed and discussed the main trend of the future development; the second chapter presented the current situation of the Supply chain management in China and analyzed the main problems, revealed the necessity of strengthening the supply chain management. The Chapter III discussed supplier management strategy in the supply chain management environment, and described the supplier routine management and cooperative partnership establishment and nurturing. The Chapter IV discussed the operation strategy of the HF Company in the supply chain management environment, such as: Marketing forecast analysis, production planning making, logistics improvement and quality management improvement. The Chapterâ…¤explored customer relationship management strategy in the supply chain management environment, including customer segmentation and customer relationship improvement. The Chapter VI elaborated risk analysis and its countermeasure in the supply chain management environment.Supply chain management is a broad-discussing topic now. It has highly impacted the contemporary management theory and business thinking. Based on the supply chain management strategy of HF companies,I hope that the paper will provide some useful experiences and inspiration for the Chinese companies to implement supply chain management practices.
