Starting from the view of project risk management, which is more and more widely applied in modern society, facing architecture enterprise, considering the characteristics of the construction of civil engineering, this article puts forward the issue of how to eliminate the uncertainty of a project, and how to guarantee all-right completion for the project. This thesis discusses the methods and techniques of identifying risk, evaluating risk, planning and controlling risk based on a specific process of project construction, carries through a positive study on the methods and skills of project risk management based on the case study of Jin-Di-Garden.
