Study On The Transfer Of The Rural Surplus Labor In Anhui Province

Chinese government has always attached importance to the "three rural Issues". Premier Wen Jiabao once pointed out: "The settlement of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, is the top priority of all our work." The scale of Chinese rural labor force is large and the oversupply of the surplus labor is serious. The key to solve the three rural issues is to transfer the surplus rural labor force effectively.To solve the problem effectively, the actual situation of rural labor transfer must be clearly understood, and the right remedy can be provided.Anhui provinces as one of the central region, has its own situation in the province. In the transfer of rural surplus labor force , some results have been obtained.At the same time,there still exist some problems in the transfer such as the scale, quality, and so on. How to solve these problems in order to transfer the surplus rural labor fast, efficient and orderly are worth exploring in depth. This dissertation is to study the actual situation of the transfer of the surplus labor force in the rural areas of Anhui province. The problems and the causes are analyzed,and the feasible solutions conforming to the reality of Anhui provinces have been put forward.This dissertation is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 is the domestic and international basic theories studying rural surplus labor force.Chapter II is to define the concepts such as rural surplus labor force, the transfer of surplus labor force and to analyze the composition of the surplus rural labor force.Chapter III is to analyze the role and effectiveness of the transfer of rural surplus labor force.Chapter IV is to introduce the basic situation in Anhui Province and the basic situation of the transfer of rural surplus labor in Anhui Province.Chapter V is to excavate the existing problems in Anhui Province during the transfer of rural surplus labor force and analyze the causes.Chapter VI is to put forward the proposed settlement and policy recommendations of the transfer considering the actual situation in Anhui Province...
