Study On The Mode Of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years, along with the improvement of agricultural production condition and thedevelopment of market economy, the labor force that are engaged in the agricultural production directlyare reducing year by year. In Heilongjiang countryside there appeared the massive surplus labor forcesand the transfer of surplus labor force is a universal phenomenon. At the same time, because of theremarkable dual economic structure in Heilongjiang Province, the income gap of urban and ruralhouseholds had enlarges tendency year by year, the rate of urban and rural households incomeincreased from 1.59:1 in 1990 to 2.49:1 in 2004. Therefore, the applicable pattern for Heilongjiangprovince has the vital significance, regardless of transforms from dual economic structure to adeveloped single economic structure, from increaseing income of the farmer ,coordinating developmentof urban and rural, and the construction of socialism new countryside.Using methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in this research mainly. Inquantitative analysis, in order to overcome unreal regression and unreasonable explanation in theprocess of research, the vector error correction model by applying the advanced theory-cointegrationtheory was established to analyze influence factor of surplus labor force transfer in Heilongjiangprovince;In qualitative analysis, by methods of synthesis and comparison, the author study transferpattern in the domestic and foreign area and obtains experience. At last, in the above analysisapplicable pattern of surplus labor force for Heilongjiang Province is selected.
