| As an important pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry accounts for a relatively high proportion of GDP over the years.With the continuous improvement of the production capacity of China’s construction enterprises and the continuous expansion of business scale,the total amount of China’s construction industry also continues to rise.In 2021,in the face of the complex and severe global environment and the impact of world COVID-19,China’s construction industry output value was 29 trillion and 310 billion yuan,accounting for 26% of GDP in the domestic area,up 11% from the same period last year.More than 50 million jobs have been created for the society,and the overall development of the construction industry shows a stable trend.As the third level unit of CSCEC,NF company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction Corporation,the newly signed contract amount exceeded 40 billion yuan in 2021.With the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry and the standardization of the construction market,the enterprise is facing the problem of how to expand the scale and develop with high quality,which is also a common topic for all construction enterprises.Starting from the perspective of enterprise strategic management,this paper first studies the comprehensive advantages of NF company in six aspects: brand,talent,technology,management,professional supporting and information management,as well as its disadvantages in regional development,marketing,innovation ability,operation quality and emerging business;Then it analyzes the external conditions faced by the company from three aspects: macro environment,industry development trend and industry competitive environment;Then,through SWOT analysis,it is proposed that the overall strategic choice of the enterprise is related diversification strategy.In the overall competitive strategy choice,the enterprise adopts different competitive strategies for different businesses,and adopts compound strategy in high-end housing construction and infrastructure business,that is,"differentiation + low cost" strategy;In the field of real estate business,adopt low-cost strategy;In the military civilian integration business segment,the differentiation strategy is adopted.Finally,according to the strategy that has been put forward in line with the development of the enterprise,it provides six safeguard measures in terms of system,human resources,marketing,technology research and development,production management and corporate culture,so as to ensure to seize the market opportunity and expand the development scale of the enterprise in the new round of competition.This paper takes NF company of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau as the research object,carries out research around the enterprise development strategy,and focuses on solving the problem of how to expand the development scale of enterprises.The overall strategy selects relevant diversification strategies.The overall development route is to build "four patterns" around the "four businesses",and adopt measures such as strengthening the system,forging long boards,making up weaknesses and cultivating new boards to create a sustainable high-quality development road with unique characteristics of NF company.It has certain reference value and significance for construction enterprises in the same industry. |
