Globalization not only refers to the economic globalization but also has incisive cultural connotation: that refers to cultural globalization. Globalization builds a new perspective that the conflict and the communication are both existent, and the pluralistic interaction, it brings cultural conflicts, meanwhile, it increases more opportunities to communicate. The inheritance of cultural tradition, the impact of western rational culture and the interposing of subsequent modern culture constitute the contemporary background of Chinese cultural difficulty and transformation under globalization.This article stands in the point of history and reality of modern transformation of Chinese culture, through gets actuality of contemporary Chinese cultural difficulty into perspective, to analyze the origin of current difficulty and seek a reasonable modern transformative road of Chinese culture.
