ABSTRACT:As the humanistic management was paid more attention by the enterprise gradually, how to perform people oriented culture in enterprise has become the great challenges that the company met. To establish and improve the management system is one of the main routes which build the enterprise culture. Therefore, establishing and perfecting all kinds of managerial systems which fit in with the people oriented culture, play an important part in training the people oriented enterprise culture.First, the dissertation states the people oriented connotations and characteristics on the basis of the people-oriented culture research status. And it points the managerial system playing an important role during building the people-oriented culture. Second, this dissertation outlines the main motivation theories and theories of human nature, and sums up four areas of staff requirements, they are:emotional investment and humanistic care, improve channels of communication, respect and trust, learning and development opportunities. Finally, this paper presents "emotional management system", "democratic management system", "self-management system", "talent management system", and they are four levels management system framework supporting people-oriented culture corresponding with the four staff requirements. Then it describes four levels one by one, combines cases and points out the main elements of the managerial system matching the establishment of a perfect and nurturing people oriented culture. These elements provide the necessary basis for the enterprise practice.
