Study On The Measures Of Promoting Agricultural Standardization In Yangling Demonstration Zone

Nowadays,the development of Chinese agriculture has stepped into a new period. The situation of shortage of agricultural products in the international market was over, and agriculture has been a buyer's market .This is a historical breakthrough,but also a new challenge .On one hand, the Chinese agriculture is facing new opportunities and new challenges from the fierce-competed international market, and the development of agriculture was limited by source before, but now it has been transferred to double limitation both by source and market; on the other hand, the ecological environment of agriculture production has becoming worse because of the usage of too much chemical fertilizer and pesticide, and the quality of agricultural products has become the key factor limiting Chinese agricultural sustainable development. Now if we carry out agricultural standardization, our agricultural products will be much more competitive in the oversea market, and we can also improve the agricultural system,to transform the agricultural scientific technological achievements into the production,to protect the ecological environment, to increase the agricultural efficiency and the farmers' income.Investigation on the current situation of the agricultural development in YangLing Demonstration Zone has been used in this dissertation to analyze the actual effect and main obstacles of agricultural standardization in YangLing Demonstration Zone during the present stage, and the corresponding measures and suggestions were raised in this paper.A history review on the standard and the definition of standardization were given. The tasks of agricultural standardization and the effects in agriculture production were analyzed, and the former research achievements in this field were summarized. Then the main international agricultural standardization institutes. Agricultural standardization development in some western countries was introduced. 4 stages of Chinese agricultural standards such as germinating period, primary and developing, the new China is established, high speed in our country's agricultural standardization development were introduced. This chapter also introduced some points for the reference by analyzing the agricultural standardization development abroad.
