Reaserch On Problems And Improvments Of Project Risk Management In Luoyang Zhouhai Supervision Company Limited

Under the support of theory of risk management, supervision project quality and level is improved, cost of the project is lowered, and profit is boosted.This paper studies the example of Luoyang Zhouhai Supervision Company Limited, and analyzes the problems and improvement of its project risk management, tries to establish a project risk management flow and model which are suit to the development of water conservancy supervision company. Firstly, the paper introduces project risk management theory and its application situation. Secondly, project risk management situation of Luoyang Zhouhai Supervision Company Limited is analyzed, and points out that the main project risk management problems, which includes lack of project risk management system, without unitive risk identifying and evaluation method, and no risk supervision system etc. Afterwards, according to the main problems, the paper educes improvement measures which includes establishing project risk management system of Luoyang Zhouhai Supervision Company Limited, and designing the flow of project risk management; implementing risk management which based on classing risks, and finding factors of project risk management, recognizing key risk factors based on AHP, classing risk factors based on applying Pareto Chart, and taking risk measure; establishing project risk supervision system of Luoyang Zhouhai Supervision Company Limited, and Earned Value Concept( EVC) is used to solve the project risk supervision application problems of supervision project.The thesis do construct one kind of framework that widen the mind of supervision project management, enrich the means of supervision project management and improve the level of supervision works. Moreover, The applications of risk theory are used to supervision project which will help other suervision companies gain the more profits as face same situations.
