With the globalization of economy, internationalization of enterprise operation, and swiftly change of individual customer demand caused by severe competition, the enterprises are confronted with continuously pressure from the market in increasing product quality, reducing the cost and responding rapidly to the market demand. The supplier management is a key part to the supply chain management; it is a tendency that the cooperation basing on the partnership would replace. The price competition, it is helpful to improve the competence of the supplier and manufacturer to win-win.This article introduces the theory of the supply chain management and the supplier management, this article discuses the supplier administrative system of the LY company. On the basis of analyzing the supplier administrative system of LY company, This article discuss the supplier optimum scheme of administrative system of company, and its purpose lies in optimizing company's supplier management, reducing the busines's administrative cost, raising the management level. First, on the basis of consulting a large number of materials, this article analyzes the current research situation of relevant theories to comparatively analyze the supplier. Second, combining with relevant theories, the paper has analyzed and researched the current situation of LY company supplier management, pointed out the subject matter that LY company exists in supplier management including classifying management, the supplier chooses and estimates the respect without carrying on scientific quantitative appraisal, not establishing such respects as close cooperation with the outstanding supplier, etc. Then, Raising to LY company supplier management improvement program: designed the procurement business process re-engineering: Using aspect the and so on supply chain management knowledge designed the supplier to classify the management plan. Designed the supplier evaluation index system using expert scoring, questionnaire survey and experience; Using the level analytic method and the fuzzy appraisal evaluate scientifically supplier; Using suppliers control theory to design the LY company supplier contract control and management output control strategy. Finally, LY company supplier management companies in the implementation of programs to the implementation of internal procurement information, and create multiple supplier relationships, improve management and flexible implementation of the proposed contract.
