The Research Of DX Supplier Selection

With the development of global economic integration,the competition between enterprises and enterprises has been transformed into competition between supply chains.Faced with such fierce competition environment,the pursuit of high efficiency,high benefit and low cost for the enterprise management mode to improve enterprise profit space,so more and more enterprises have to focus on supplier management.At the same time,the enterprise to meet customer demand diversity at the same time,also puts forward new requirements to suppliers,requiring them to respond quickly in the competitive environment.Suppliers as the source of the supply chain in the supply chain plays the role of material both senders,the stand or fall of supplies,goods delivery speed is directly related to the business activities with the downstream enterprises,even to some extent,will affect the operation of the whole supply chain.So,the supplier selection problem increasingly brought to the attention of the experts and enterprises.In this paper,based on the study of DX company supplier selection,for the construction of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method of application were studied,and apply the results to DX company supplier selection.First,this paper expounds the importance of supplier evaluation and selection for DX company,the current situation of domestic and foreign research of supplier evaluation index,further defined the purpose of this study and content,in order to establish the evaluation index system provides a theoretical basis.Second,from product quality,service,production capacity,cost,innovation,research and development ability,human resources,finances,eight aspects of the business environment to construct the supplier evaluation system,and analyzes the various and quantitative treatment.Again,through analysis and comparison of the supplier evaluation method,put forward the combination of the supplier evaluation method,the entropy weight method and approximate ideal method(TOPSIS method),the method of combining and apply to the evaluation of suppliers.Finally,the research is applied to DX company supplier selection.Through the case study illustrates the supplier evaluation system establishment,evaluation method and the partner during the process of supplier selection,realized the transition from theory to practice.In this paper,in-depth study of DX company supplier selection problem,provide scientific decision support for DX company supplier selection,supplier selection of similar enterprises also have a certain reference and guidance significance.
