Research On The Core Competence Fostering In The Automobile Enterprises

Core competence is the source and foundation of getting competitive advantage for a company, while the domestic automobile enterprises are generally lack of core competence.So fostering the core competence is the most emergent task that each automobile enterprise should accomplish for the time being. Whereas, lots of automobile enterprises are short of effective means to foster core competence in its real running process, which results in that the fostering work stand still in the appeal stage, nowhere near meeting the real target of fostering core competence. Based on these actualities, this paper conducts in-depth research on fostering core competence of automobile enterprises.This paper starts with the general research findings of fostering core competence, conducts questionnaire survey aiming at the characters and forming mechanism of domestic automobile enterprises'core competence to obtain original data, abstracted key factors of domestic automobile enterprises'core competence via using factor analysis, cognized the core competence of automobile companies systematically over again and identified those key factors as the main fostering objects. Meanwhile, This paper analyzed the fostering methods theoretically and furthermore made detailed analysis on the fostering methods for each single component. Consequently, we established automobile enterprises'core competence fostering model on the basis of previous relevant models, and finally tested its adaptability and actuality through utilizing one real instance of automobile enterprise.This paper has made a prominent breakthrough in that previous relevant studies are all on one specific aspect, while this one has made a comprehensive and systemic analysis toward fostering automobile enterprises'core competences, and it gives in-depth as well as detailed analysis on how to deploy the fostering work all around. This paper can offer adequate help to automobile enterprises to choose a correct fostering mode in a bid to accelerate the formation of core competence, and it has far-reaching strategic implications and practical value on the development of domestic automobile enterprises as a whole.
