Economic globalization is the remarkable characteristics in this century of theworld.It have the enormous and irreplaceable far-reaching influence to all countrieseconomic, political, social and cultural, since automobile industry is always the pillarindustry of the national economy, and thus be effected inevitablely. Automobile industry isan important symbol of industrialization, with the high investment, high yields, hightechnology, high phase relevance and other characteristics, which has wide down, highadded value and has a strong pulling function to economic development. Industry is theenterprise of organic aggregation, enterprise as a main body of research micro economicmanagement level, its development trend and weak competitiveness will effect directly thedevelopment of industry. With China’s accession to the world trade organization, theforeign resourced multinational automobile companies march into China market for theneeds of the global strategy, they bring in the advanced management experience andtechnology, but also constitute a danger to our automobile enterprise’s development. On theother hand, the domestic auto market is becoming mature, and faced on increasinglyintense competition, at the same time a series of good policy about stimulating carconsumption have exited, energy prices is increasing, the environment is more and moreattention by people, all these make China automobile enterprises is facing on more andmore severe challenge, and put forward higher request to the development of the autocompanies. Therefore, Chinese automobile companies want to get long-term survival anddevelopment, it is necessary to locate in cultivating and exploring own core competitive.Based on these, it is very necessary to scientific analysis and evaluate auto enterprise’s corecompetence, help enterprise clear their advantages and disadvantages, and guide theenterprise improving continuously, make competition strategy for achieving long-termcompetitive advantage. This paper to China automobile enterprise as the research object, the corecompetence of the Angle, in a large collection and analysis for related researchachievements, and on the basis of constructing the car enterprise core competitive powerevaluation index, and then using the factor analysis method, to our country enterprise corecompetitive car the empirical analysis. The article is divided into five chapters, expoundsspecific content as follows:The first chapter: introduction, this paper mainly introduces the background andmeaning, the main content and the method, and this paper may be the innovation of theplace and limitations.The second chapter: first combed the domestic and foreign about the corecompetence power of enterprises general theory, defines the concept of the corecompetence of the enterprises, including the core competence of enterprises definition,characteristics and the core competence of enterprise discrimination, after the study for thetheoretical foundation, then summarized analysis of domestic and international enterprisecore competence power evaluation about the research of our country’s car manufacturingenterprise core competence ability of the research dynamic is discussed, and the last toabroad about the core competitiveness of the research in is discussed.Chapter3: the reference of existing research results, with index principles andauto enterprise of its own characteristics, to construct the car manufacturing enterprise corecompetence evaluation index system. The index system from the size of the enterpriseability, growth ability, market development ability, the technical innovation ability fourlevel to reflect the core competence of the enterprise, through the13indicators to measureanalysis enterprise core competitive power.Chapter3: the reference of existing research results, with index principles andauto enterprise of its own characteristics, to construct the car manufacturing enterprise corecompetence evaluation index system. The index system from the size of the enterpriseability, growth ability, market development ability, the technical innovation ability fourlevel to reflect the core competence of the enterprises, through the13indicators to measureanalysis enterprise core competence power.Chapter5: the research results in this paper summarized, and on how to enhanceChina’s automobile enterprises core competence ability and puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions.
