The Knowledge Management Model Of Multi-project Team Research In Mass Customization Enterprise

Knowledge has already displaced traditional production elements such as labor, capital and land, and become the most important core resource in enterprise. Both scholars and enterprisers focus on knowledge and knowledge management. Knowledge resources have become the key factor that enterprise gains victory in fierce competition. Meanwhile, mass customization (MC) gradually becomes a mainstream production style in manufactures. The essence of mass customization is knowledge sharing, which determines the importance of knowledge. Besides, along with enterprise development and constant change of customers'demand, multiple projects often coexist in MC enterprise. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for enterprise development that how to design a suitable knowledge management system for multi-project coexistence MC enterprise in multi-project environment.According to this problem, the paper analyzed the features of multi-project coexistence in MC enterprise and knowledge management under the environment. Based on the summary of past research, the paper proposed to manage knowledge in MC enterprise from aspect of multi-project team and constructed a knowledge management model for multi-project team in MC enterprise.The article mainly includes two core parts: the first is the construction of knowledge management model for multi-project team in MC enterprise. It provides a new thought from the new visual angle of multi-project team for MC enterprise and is the major innovation point of this article. Second, according to the thought and mechanism of the model, the paper developed knowledge management system in MC enterprise through language visual basic and demonstrated its effectivity by using it in actual enterprise.At present there are still no specialized researches on knowledge management in multi-project coexistence MC enterprise, so the research to this problem not only has theory significance, and also provides a kind of new way for multi-project coexistence MC enterprise to manage knowledge.
