Mass customization is a new production mode with low cost dual advantages of a combination of product personalization and mass production, because of its strong adaptability it is favored by the electronic products manufacturing enterprises, but the companies tend to place orders under the environment of mass customization production, and again there are differences and discontinuity between each order, and it brings difficulties to the enterprise resource allocation. The problem of multi project conflict of mass customization enterprises it is in this context, intense competition for phenomenon of factors of production between the project and the project due to the coordination of the enterprise resource is not in place. Multi project conflicts often result in enterprise orders cannot be completed in time, project managers "firefighting" everywhere, increased enterprises manufacturing costs and a series of related problems to the survival and development of enterprises, its expression patterns in manufacturing enterprise is the ultimate "increasing abnormal working hours" scale. Therefore, the problem of multi project conflict restricts the mass customization production efficiency, becomes an urgent problem to solve. The academic circles have carried out the research on conflict management in multi project in the early part of this century, but most scholars focused on the coordination based on factors of production and business resources after the occurrence of the conflict, including processing technology optimization, model algorithm, priority algorithm and so on, but the practical effect in the enterprise of these models and algorithms is not as good as expected, but some management measures of project conflict prevention reduce the conflict from the root and improve the efficiency of the conflicts of multi project management. This paper attempts to study the problem of the mass customization enterprise multi project conflict from the perspective of conflict prevention, formulate conflict prevention plans, and verify its effect in the large-scale enterprises.Firstly, the theory related to the multi project management were introduced, based on the other literature research on mass customization enterprises multi project conflict the concepts are defined, and expounds the content and method of multi project management, then the Q company multi project conflicts are analyzed in the paper, including the reasons, conflict manifestations and consequences etc, and the current status of the Q company multi-project management is described. On the basis of the research I put forward the mass customization enterprise multi project conflict prevention programs, taking Q company as an example to show the implementation effect of multi project test link under the guidance of this scheme and then the preventive measures are validated.The research shows that there are many problems in the multi project management solution of the Q company, such as the starting time is not reasonable, management cannot grasp the practical information, there is no unified management coordination, paying attention to the post processing and no preventive measures. To resolve the conflict of multi project we should focus on the prevention of links, multi project conflict prevention scheme is formulated in this paper can effectively solve the problem of mass customization enterprise especially multi project conflict in IT custom manufacturing industry.
