Along with the third-party logistics has been acquired a large degree of development, COSCO HUNAN ( the English name: COSCO HUNAN INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT CO.,LTD) meet relative competition chances in the logistics market. However, during the process of expanding market inside and outside the province in recent years, the company has encountered a lot of problems such as low efficiency and not sharp response and so on.With the development of the modernization logistics theory and the agile theory, it has very good research value in changing the business expanding strategy mode and speeding up the development of logistics enterprise. Based on the modernization logistics theory and the agile theory, the way on business expanding strategy of COSCO HUNAN has a large margin. In my thesis, I points out some problems which affect the company development. Thinking of the characteristics of the third-party logistics and the reality of the company, this work wants to build up an agile expanding mode which is going to make the resource distribution marketization. So the reseath on business expanding strategy of COSCO HUNAN is the title of my article.For the first and foremost, COSCO HUNAN must realize the goal that the the third-party logistics should adjust quickly to the resource distribution marketing. The company business expanding majors is the construction of the the third-party logistics service ability and the key competence and all kinds novel business. The second is as follows: through promoting the inside service ability, it wants to form a new market for the company, which will be the base of company's service ability and make the company agile through marketization; At the same time, company should build its information system through forming the outside market, which will increase the company's flexibility to the market. At last, there must be a suit of protection measures to carry out the program.It must be emphasized that agile theory research has a lot of works to be done and features.During the course of development of logistics such as transportation and warehouse and extra work and so on, we will jield twice the result with half the effort and fruitful results will be consolidated and enlarged provided that we conduct our workings by using agile logistics theory.This thesis have accomplished such works as follows:one is the state of theory research and application in our country and worldwide;the other is that I use theory to guide business development of logistics which includes container transportation and river-to-sea direct transportation and warehouse and extra work and so on , and the aim is that COSCO HUNAN enter larger market through adjusting strategies and sell tactics.The modernization logistics theory and the agile theory and other theories in my thesis have been well devoleped,and the agile theory has been applied very well in manufacture and other fields. It is a pity that we can not find instances where agile theory has been bound up with business development of logistics,and therefore it is a character of my thesis.
