The Research And Application Of ERP Used In Company Tianxiang

In recent years, the step of whole world economy unify is more quickly, the competition is more severity, so the enterprises are facing with many fights. At the same time, the fast development and abroad application of information technology bring important and deep infection to management of enterprises, and in great degree change the business mode and principle of the market competence. So if the enterprises want to win a domain, they must use advanced information technology to arm themselves in order to increase satisfaction of clients, control the cost of management, shorten the time of fabricate and expend of material, accelerate the velocity of merchandise, increase efficiency of management, upgrade the power of competence. And that to implement ERP is just to change enterprise' old management pattern, to advance management using information technology, to optimize management pattern. So, based on the existing problems in TianXiang, we present the introduction of ERP system to solve, in order to obtaining greater development.The article focuses on the research on the application of ERP system. There are three chief portions. First describes the concept,functions of ERP system, as well as in international and domestic development situation, and analysis the implementation status in domestic enterprises; Second analyses systematically those matters concerning the enterprise ERP system construction in order to specify their need to ERP system; Third, based on two parts, according to project management process, we designed the wholly practicing plan, lastly anticipated its effect.What this paper studied is the first construction of TianXiang company's ERP system. It has usage for reference for other enterprise at some extent.
