Under the background of economic globalization and Industry 4.0,users' demands are increasingly diversified and personalized.Enterprises use big data mining and analysis technology to better understand and predict user needs,in order to provide customized products and services for users.Enterprises apply modular design and manufacturing techniques to reduce the cost of product development and manufacturing,improve production efficiency,establish advantages for enterprises in the fierce market competition;Enterprises use modern enterprise management system to manage users' orders and configure products timely,deliver required products to users in the shortest time.This paper begins with big data mining technology,then collects the latest requirement information of users,after analyzing a large amount of data information,this paper summarizes and forecasts user needs.According to the users' needs,the products are divided and configured modularly.Then from the modularity degree and modularity benefits this two aspects to evaluate product modularization of the whole life cycle of products.Finally,take soybean milk machine product as an example to develop soybean milk machine modular configuration design platform as well as apply theoretical research into practice.The paper is organized as follows:The first chapter starts from the research background,then presents the purpose of this thesis and arrange the overall structure of the whole paper.The second chapter introduces the method of using python crawler technology to crawl data from data mining and user demands analysis these two aspects from the Internet.Then introduce the correlative methods and common algorithms of data preprocessing.At the same time,the paper extracts the keywords of users' demands.And classifies users'demands according to importance,then transforms demands and maps users'demands to specific design goals.Finally,taking soybean milk machine as an example to conduct user requirements analysis.The third chapter firstly studies the matrix module division method based on product structure and function;then studies the modular configuration method based on product family evolution and quality function deployment;finally,soybean milk machine case is used to verify the module partition method.The forth chapter puts forward product modularity degree evaluation and modularity benefit evaluation these two dimensions to establish the corresponding evaluation system of products in the life cycle,which provides effective suggestions for the product modular configuration design in the third chapter and provides useful data support for further product update iterations.Finally,soybean milk machine case is still used to verify the theory of products modular evaluation system.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the system development environment and the modules of system functional.Then designs and develops the soybean milk machine modular configuration designs system and introduces each function of the system in detail.The last chapter summaries the whole paper and puts forward the innovation point and the insufficiency of the thesis research as well as the prospect of future research.
