How to enterprise can change with quick speed and satisfy the customer's demand with the external environment changing is the enterprise's very issue of concern. The business process management takes more and more scholars' attention from the domestic and foreign as an advanced management. It also gains the favor of the enterprise application domain. This thesis has studied the business process diagnosis method and the method to direct the enterprise discovery the latent factor that influence the efficiency and customer's satisfaction. It also studies how to optimize the business process.This thesis focuses on domestic business process management research present situation. It explores the way to analyses business process and optimizes business process in view of the manufacture enterprise, supports the enterprise's fast, high-efficient business process, improves the organization flexibility and the compatibility, promotes further development of the business process management.Firstly, the thesis has introduced the theory of the business process management, introduced the business process management concept, analyzed the business process management characteristic,the classification and the idea. The contents of which are mainly concentrated on such aspects as follows: (1) proposes the business process analysis and the appraisal criterion system; (2) business process optimization design strategy. Finally, the paper has analyzed the application the business process diagnosis and the business process optimizes.Not much research about the business process management analysis criterion as well as the optimized strategy research at present, this paper has provided one kind of way and the research technique. Along with the country economy rapid development, the business process management research is become a practical research field of meaning to study, this text hopes for and can make the development of this domain a bit.
