The purpose of Supply Chain management is in pursuit of the effectiveness of the whole supply chain efficiency and the total cost in this system , in order to lower the total cost to the minimum , and have the enterprise in the supply chain to keep the advantage in competition , then enhance the core-competitiveness of the whole supply chain . This supply chain management model emphasize systematical optimization and conformity of operation process , which is the necessary result of development of globalization and informationization in marketing economy. Here for the compoany - H Company ,on the one hand , it promotes the information sharing between up and downstream enterprises in the supply chain and keep the persistence in operation by building the partner cooperation relationship , also lower the cost , enhance the service level and the whole supply chain core-competitiveness by conformity of supply chain and building the long-term alliance relationship; On the other hand ,in order to build up an effective supply chain , the core enterprise and its vendor needs to get win-win relationship during the long-term cooperation . So the core enterprise should be able to manage the alliance vendor effectively ,the main management way is to build a good supply relationship between the supplier and the buyer ,correct sourcing decision and evaluate the vendor rationally ,which needs to set up a key performance index (KPI) and its model about the evaluation of the alliance supplier. Meanwhile for the different type vendor, KPI should be different.The research finds out that the good supplier-buyer relationship,the effective vendor selection and evaluation system , and long-term partner cooperation relationship with the vendor will enhance the performance of the whole supply chain to be more effective continuously, and then satisfy the customer's maximum demand better.
