The competition has been getting more intense, with the development of economics, and every corporation is searching for a better environment to adapt to the new market. Some are good at innovations and some corporations want to build a co-operation relationship. In the management of supply chain, the theory of agile supply chain is developing on the aspect of creating, evaluating and maintaining. There are many distinguish feature on agile supply chain against the normal supply chain. The first problem we should solve in this article is how to abstract the useful information from the agile supply chain and use them to make a evaluation model. We will list and sort the evaluation index in terms of the feature of the cooperator of the agile supply chain. Then, we list the quantifiable indexes-- cost index--and unquantifiable indexes. The element of the change of environment will impact the existence and improvement of the events. Corporation risk can be sort into two parts: the nature risk and man-made risk. To agile supply chain corporations, they are called system risk and un-system risk. The result from the corporation benefit risk evaluation is the risk degree created from the combination of different partners. How to change the combination risk into different single one is a difficulty in this paper. The procedure methods used in this article include:obscure number, the ranking of obscure solution, AHP. We receive the number information through the forward handling on the quantification and non-quantification information. And use them into the evaluation model. To solve the risk-evaluation problem,we use the knowledge including:the evaluation of system risk and non-system risk. The result we received will be used to add into the forward model to make the model better and more efficient.
