| Chinese small home appliances industry are facing big problem because word economy situation is stagnant and many big company transfer their factory to Vietnam and Thailand, or others. As you known, these is continue increase for raw material and labour force cost at same time. So, it is too few profit for small home appliances enterprises to produce goods. Now, people are finding new ways to avoid this trend, such as optimization logistics management.This thesis selected the system of the logistics management of Simatelex company as the investgating objects. To further demonstrated, we have carried out research for logistics management optimization strategy and implementation in it. The main aspects were included in this paper as the following:1) To expatiate the basal theory of enterprise logistics and logistics management.2) To describe the logistics management situation of Simatelex company, and then to analyse logistics management strategy. The main aspects were included in this paper are, such as, the purchase management mode, the inventory management mode, the distribution management mode, the logistics and selling management mode and the logistics information system management mode.3) To bring forward optimization strategy and improving ways of Simatelex company. We have carried out research implementation that mainly include the optimization strategy and improving ways of the purchase management mode, the optimization strategy and improving ways of the inventory management mode, the optimization strategy and improving ways of the distribution management mode, the optimization strategy and improving ways of the logistics and selling management mode and the optimization strategy and improving ways of the logistics information system management mode.Logistics management is an effective way to improve the economic of a firm. The company should strengthen the relation with provider trader, carry on the purchase system in time, providing trader management, user stock and union inventory management, distribution system in time, reform the fittings logistics management. These steps will do good to the development of small home appliances enterprises. |
