The article is just a chapter for research of human resource of enterprises. The major topic is the existent problem of human resource in Yi Bang New Style Building Materials Co., Ltd., and the key point is the problem with the salary reward and incentive. Nowadays, because of the influence of management mode formed by the traditional planned economy, the sediment of Chinese cultures of belittlement program, and to be short of reason, some sense exist widely in the medium and small enterprise, such as the relying on the management controlled by human beings and non reasonable sense etc. The management of human resource in the enterprise is associated with working stratagem, organization structural system and cultural valuable concept. And it has the unique character. However the outstanding management of human resource is a kind of managing which is most difficult duplicated and imitated by the others. Therefore, the competitive advantage created by the managing of human resource becomes the important part in the competitive strategy.Regarding to the individual managing in the human resource, the key point is how to use the human resource, how to develop the potential of the human resource farthest. The purpose of the article is to excogitate the leak of human resource in Yi Bang New Style Building Materials Co., Ltd., and make up the reasonable project according with the actual condition of the enterprise in salary reward and spirits.Some forms are used in the disquisition so as to act pursuant to the agreement for salary reward in the company. The previous substandard personal condition is changed. It embodies the principle such as the fairness, approval, competitiveness, economy, validity and integrality etc. Different policies are set forth in the disquisition according to the different employees' jobs. It is different from the office staff and the workers in site. The welfare policy brings the spirit system. All of the systems make the company reform well. And they make the enterprise get the qualified leap in the aspect of development, utilization and the reservation of human resource. All of them make the company adapt the marketing competitive environment. The team with the cohesion will be displayed in front of all.The excellent salary reward and spirit system is the necessary condition that maintains the competitive advantage of human resource. It will make the enterprise developed better and best. Therefore, to the enterprise, the most important point is the programming of incentive salary system.
