In today's world econo my is built on the basis of knowledge and informat ion, and it also brought huge challenge and lot of opportunit ies to the hotel industry of China. Knowledge econo my and the accumulat ion o f human knowledge accumulated at a cert ain stage of development of product, so the talented person is the enterprise production and management of important, as the primar y resources, the effect ive human resource management has beco me the inevitable choice of the hotel survival development.No matter in witch enterprise, human resources management of the core part of the problem is the issue of co mpensat ion management. Salary management invo lves not only the workers and the market, and also is associated with societ y and government, etc. Salary incent ive and remuneration allocation is the most important part to the workers and managers. To the staff, co mpensat ion is not only the income to their work but also the value. At the same time, it also can show the qualit y o f work during a certain period to the managers of enterprises So, enterprises need to play the role of the management system, and the effect ive salary system give the degree of effect iveness for the enterprise to attract talent emplo yees. In such fierce market compet it ive abilit y, it can create a competit ive abilit y and development abilit y o f the staff. It also can make them play their biggest potential, so as to co mplete the management strategic object ives.In this paper, based on the theories of Lanhai Hotel compensat ion management, according to the current sit uat ion of the salary management and the main problems, the author make the targeted invest igation and research by interview and quest ionnaire survey, and put forward to the future of Lanhai Hotel with a set o f method and measure which can so lve the problems.
