Nowadays build a set of "inside equilibrium, outside competition" salary system is important for our domestic corporations. Employee salary system is one of the most effective administration implements on successful operation. A definitely salary system is important for us, because it can provide effective information and help ness for our operating objects.Salesmen bear the important effect in corporation's operation. We can get a lot of benefits from an effective salary system, such as: Be able to stimulate and restrain the salesmen's enthusiasm and initiative. Be able to promote the enterprise operation's objective.In this dissertation I will elaborate the salary system current situation combining with the Shenyang Zhongtian company, analyze the blending salary system's application in household appliance industry. Owing to the problem which Shenyang Zhongtian company business department salesmen salary system have, combining with equality, competitiveness, excitation, economy principle that salary payment system designs again, design, attracting and firmly staying the talented person and company's core, key personnel, cultivating and strengthening the company entirety's objectives. The analysis and designing again by the fact that the business department salesmen salary payment system to Shenyang Zhongtian company, having provided a reference surely for household appliance industry too. With the household appliance market competition gradually fierce, internationalization expands the sustained sharpening the main body of the studying is centered on external salary system research, the external salary answers the effect salesmen's excitation will be weakened gradually, inherent salary payment in our research will pay more attention to the payment selling of personnel which effect the strength obviously in the coming days. Besides, if the company have a good salary payment system, how to carried out the rational test and assessment on salesmen is also the priority studying in the days to come.
