Nowadays, strategic alliance is one of the most important methods to participate in globalization competition, and the study on strategic alliance becomes a hot area. However, it's not enough, especially in the area of the cross-culture management to keep strategic alliance stable, it need more attention.The dissertation studied on how to deal with the culture conflicts in strategic alliance. It was basic on how to keep the stability of strategic alliance; focused on analyzing influence that the culture conflict impact on strategic alliance, and then discussed how to deal with the culture conflicts to keep the stability of strategic alliance. It puts forward two key factors which impact on strategic alliance; then a stability model of strategic alliance was built, which was basic on building trust and adaptation process. After analyzing the culture diversity and the impact that it bring to building trust and the adapting process, an effective countermeasure of cross-culture management in strategic alliance was put forward. After all, a management system of stability for strategic alliance was constructed. The framework of the dissertation as follows:Chapter 1, introduction. The chapter discussed the research background, significance, research route and methods, and the innovation in the dissertation.Chapter 2, reviews of relevant research results. Summarize the conception of strategic alliance, Classification, and the management of stability.Chapter 3, construction of the stability model for strategic alliance. After analyzing the impact what the trust and adaptation bring to strategic alliance, It put forward that the stability of strategic alliance was composed of the trust and adaptation, and the reveled the mechanism that to keep the stability of strategic alliance.Chapter 4, the impact that the culture diversity and what it bring to building trust and the adaptation process was analyzed. An effective countermeasure of cross-culture management in strategic alliance was put forward. After all, a management system of strategic alliance stability was constructed.Chapter 5, takes an example of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co. to explain the cross-culture management system of strategic alliance.Chapter 6, summarizes the dissertation, and sums up the basic conclusions.
