The Study Of Rural Public Goods Supply In China

The supply constitution of rural public goods formed long has not geared to the new demand of agriculture and balanced comprehensive development of rural economy and has been a bottleneck and hinder. Therefore, it has great realistic and theoretical importance ,which is to study the supply and demand of rural public goods and to innovate the supply constitution, for improving the effective supply of public goods, solving properly the rural problems, balancing the urban and rural economy and social development.The article argues there are many problems of lack, unreasonable, poor effective and unfair about supply of rural public goods. The problems lie in the lag of supply constitution reform of rural public goods. The article compares the supply constitution in different periods in the history and analyzes that in the developed countries such as America, Japan and Korea from which is the conclusion useful to China to learn.After deeply analyzing the present state of supply constitution, the solution is obtained that is to innovate in the many ways of raising capital, the subjective of supply, hokou management ,decision system and that would be a practical suggestion to solve the rural problems.Solving the supply problems can promote directly or indirectly the social divisions of labor, effectively increase the general productivity, lessen the burden of peasants and play a driving role in the acceleration the development of rural economy and improvement the life standard.
