The public goods supply of Chinese rural has been shortened under the social and economic development way of industrial deviation and city deviation ,which has directly affected the development of Chinese society and economy,the increase of peasant income and the raising of peasant income level, which has been the major problem of agriculture,farmers and rural development. Increase the effective rural public goods supply , as a major solution to the problems of"agriculture,farmers and rural development", it is also an inevitable choice to improve the urban 's development .Dual economic structure of China is very serious. Rural and urban have developed in a relatively isolated state, so there are many problems ,such as: the less rural public goods supply, the structural imbalance of supply, the low efficiency of supply, the huge difference between urban and rural issues and so on. This article discusses the rural public goods supply of China, then analysis the situation. Comparing with the USA, India and Thailand, we can draw some useful reference to China in rural public goods supply and find out how to improve the supply of public goods in rural areas. Finally put forward some specific proposals: strengthening the industry to support agriculture for urban and rural development, a unified financial authority powers, improving rural public democratic decision-making, increasing financial support to strengthen the supply of public goods, supervision of funds, and so on. Innovate from these several levels, so as to solve China's rural public goods problems.Solving the problem of rural public goods supply , plays an important role in accelerating rural economic development,improving living standards of farmers,promoting urban and rural development;it has an important practical significance in improving rural economic social development and building a harmonious society.
