| Technology innovation is the key to the development of industries, the increasing of productivity and improvement to people's standard of living, and driving a country to flourish. This paper is to study the actuality of technology innovation system in leading enterprises located in the west area of Hunan, and put forward some questions and gave some advices on how to improve the technology innovation of Leading Enterprises in the west area of Hunan.Based on properly introducing the intension and function of technology innovation of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, using the method which integrates the real diagnosis with the academic analysis, the method which integrates the standard analysis with the real diagnosis, the method which integrates the dynamic analysis and the static analysis, it was analyzed which the achievement and the questions of Hunan Laodie Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd and others in the west area of Hunan, and the factors which limit the technology innovation of leading enterprises were flowing as: the inner factors (including the insufficient devotion to technology innovation, lack people working on technology innovation, the not perfect factory law and so on), and the outer factors (including the slow property rights innovation, the little source of fundraising, the not perfect market system and law system and so on). At last, the measures were pointed out which should be persisted by the leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization based on the causing technology innovation theoretic, technology endogenous growth theory and Bear Peter's innovation theory. |
