The human resources have become the first important strategy resources of enterprises along with society development and the arrival of knowledge economy. Human resources management (HRM) naturally updates from the enterprise function management layer to the strategy management layer .But motivation and motivate to system are the hinge and nucleus question of human resources management. Therefore the research of motivation and the design of motivator system possess an especially important meaning to human resource management .Whether or not the motivator system of an enterprise is scientific and reasonable even directly decides the success or failure of human resources managements.He run Group co., ltd. is a personal enterprise of model, which was founded 10 years ago, and grew up rapidly .Owing to lagged enterprise human resources management and unreasonable motivation system, its business management is confusing and the staffs negative resentment are very obvious and the staffs rate of running of have reached highly, as seriously influences the development of the enterprise. In this article, we'll begin with motivation system to analyze the problems of the enterprise and design a set of motivation system really. Fit for the enterprise to eliminate the bottle neck t hat exists in He run Group's quick development and realize healthful and quick development.Based on the analysis of the need sand motivation of the staff and directed by motivation theories, we'll try to design a synthetically motivator scheme fit for the enterprise really and forms a set of unique motivation system. By the implementation of the system, we can raise the degree of the staff's satisfaction for their job and reduce the rate of the staffs running of to a reasonable scale, and at the same time, we can arouse the staffs work zeal and raise the enterprise's productivity and economic performance. We mainly study the following content: the investigation of the present management situation of He run Group; the analysis of the enterprise's problems and the reasons for these problems; the research of the needs and the motives of the staff ; the contents and the conditions ofvarious motivation theories; the organic combination of motivation theories with theenterprise; There design of the enterprise motivator system.Directed by motivation theories, to design and formulate the motivations system thatis fit for an enterprise can solve those real questions in the business management andimprove the staffs' satisfaction and the organizational performance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first one is the preface, including the background,meaning and plan of thepaper;The second one is the introduction of theories used in the paper, including thedefinition of prompting and performance, the basic theories and the analysis aboutthe experience of the famous enterprises in and out of the board ,providing the basefor the next research.The third one is the object researched in this paper, the simple introduction and theproblems exist in about He run Group co., ltd.The fourth one is the solution to the problems mentioned above and gives the advicesand suggestion to He run Group co., ltd in human resource management.The last one is the conclusion.
