| Entrusted Construction Patterns in government investment projects is one of the most important schemes launched by the government. Entrusted Construction is a popular pattern in west-country but new to us. Based on literature review, the author comprises the public projects management patterns in typical countries, draw on their beneficial experience and analyze the drawbacks of domestic methods. Study method of the paper lays stress on combining theory with practice, analysis with generalization, case study with theory research. To view things from different angles with marketing behavior, law regulations and system establishment, the paper discussion on the result and problem on practice of Entrusted Construction. The purpose of Entrusted Construction carrying out by the government is to further realize performance of government investment returns. Thus the thesis points out some method treatment which including system building, setting up the credit system, reinforcing government decision-making mechanism, making a rational charge rate, strengthening risk management. |
