Research On The Retreating Problem Of Migrant Rural Workers' Pension Insurance

With the development of population aging, there are more and more pressure for those families which have old people, handling the pension insurance for the migrant rural workers is regarded as one of the important measures for ensuring fundamental interests of the migrant rural workers and further solving the problem of agriculture, country, and peasants. Otherwise, the phenomenon has appeared that more and more migrant rural workers have abandoned the pension insurance at the present time, which will make the foundation and the development of the social security system more difficult. So, solving the pension insurance of the migrant rural workers effectively protects their right, at the same time, it is also beneficial to resolve the problem of agriculture, country, and peasants, realize fair competition of enterprises, promote the reformation of city and countryside social security system, and drive the structure of harmonious society.The thesis analyzes the problem of retreating pension insurance of migrant rural workers from the following six parts.
