In fact, there are many phenomena as follow: the expansion of tertiary schools restricts the fresh recruitment in professional schools; some negative factor in renovation of enterprises restricts the development the skills of young workers; structural adjustment of enterprises causes early retirement of the skilled workers; brain drain of the high skill talents becomes more serious with the passing day.Human resource is key point of the development of the enterprises. Rational and effective measure should be taken to accelerate the development and cultivation of young talents of high skills, which is essential for the manufacturing industry of Hubei. In my opinion, we must strengthen the leadership of young skill talents, set up the integrated management mechanism of young talents of high skills, deepen the reform of professional education, devote more efforts to train young talents of high skills, enhance the stimulant mechanism of them, renovate the personnel system, use the young talents with no stick to one pattern, bring up a team with large-scale and reasonable structure of talents, so as to simulate Hubei to take the lead in growing up in the middle china.
