Abstract/Summary:
With the most tense talent competetion, the only way for a 50-year industry to keep vigor is to win advantages on human resource. In order to do so, we have to employee the youth, cultivate them and strengthen core competitiveness.This essay analyses the human resource of HL company and the cultivation of the youth on the basis of throughly learned knowlege of youth cultivation in foreign companies at home. A questionaire suvey was conducted among related persons and the youth in these company. Then six questions are found : not enough emphasis on the youth cultivation, not sound cultivation system, not perfect performance evaluation and encouragement and so on, which lays basis for cultivating the youth in HL.This essay clearly points out the basic priciples and ideas in the youth cultivation and make the youth cultivation strategies, that is strengthen people-oriented strategies, make plans to cultivate the youth, set up a mormative training system, build a reasonable evaluation system and an effective encouragement system, and set up scentific and just employement system. At last, it came up with a guarantee system to the youth cultivation, including construct soft directive guarantee, hard encouragement guarantee measures and perfect organisation guarantee. This essay can not only provide solutions to the youth cultivation in HL company, but also provide reference value to the youth cultivation in related areas.
