Human resource is the first resource and the only resource,which can be self-added,of an enterprise.In order to maximize this value,thereby to maximize profit accordingly,we should be fully aware of the importance of human resources management.Talent development is an important part of human resource management.To X Oilfield Corporation,the young generation is the future of oil fields,the fresh blood to an enterprise development team.It will be a phenomenal subject in the future development of X Oilfield Corporation when talking about how to dominant a strong human resources advantages,to train high potential young talent and to establish a sound enterprise personnel training mechanism.Taking X Oilfield Corporation as an example,this paper studies the cultivation of young talent in X Oilfield Company comprehensively.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,summarizes both domestic and international literature in regards to youth talent training,and also expounds the relevant theories of youth talent cultivation and human resource management,including the meaning and characteristics of young talents,the meaning of talent cultivation,and the relevant theoretical basis of human resource management.Secondly,the article raises up and the current challenges that X Oilfield Corporation youth talents cultivation are facing with,which include the six aspects of young talent training plan,such as youth talents recruitment configuration,organization and management,training and development,incentive assessment,labor relations and so on.Thirdly,the article comes up with potential reasons in the following perspectives:young talents cultivating strategic planning deficiencies,imperfect recruitment configuration,unreliable organization system,incomprehensive training and,unreasonable incentive assessment,unscientific labor relations.Lastly,according to the problems mentioned above,it provides improvement advices which are strengthening the youth talents cultivation of strategic planning,solidifying the youth talents recruitment configuration,establishing a sound system of youth talent training organization,improving the training of young talent training and development,accomplishing youth talent incentive assessment,and paying attention to the youth talents cultivation of labor relations.Thisstudy not only can provide a feasible solution for young talents in X Oilfield Corporation culture,but also can provide referential importance for other enterprise personnel system construction.
