Study On Employee Training Programs Optimal Design Of JiaYuGuan Power Supply Company

The factors on the survival and development of enterprises play a critical role. Successful domestic and foreign enterprises attach great importance to the work of the people, and training to improve staff quality as the main way enabling it to keep up with the pace of development of the times, in the fierce market competition invincible.This issue is mainly analyzing for JiaYuGuan Power Supply Company (JYGPSC).Through investigating for its strategy ,employee and human resources .This dissertation mainly analyze problems existing in employee training approach .1 emphasize the training importance to the development of company. Then, I draw a flow chart of whole training working .According to the order of this chart,the dissertation discusses each part of training one by one. It includes investigating training needs, drafting training plan, aiming targets, designing classes content and form, cooperating with training organization, selecting teachers, calculating and controlling the budget. Finally, we also should consider evaluating the effect by attendee's reflection, studying result, behavior changement , and income of company.This dissertation ,combining theory with practice , is a valuable reference to persons working in human recourse management area.
