The Evaluation System And Its Application About Urban Land Sustainable Utilization

Land is carrier of all resource and environment factors, it is matter base of human living, multiply and development. With the increase of population, the problem about population, resource and environment increasingly stands out, the position of land use is very flinty, the antinomy between human and land is pungent. Because the problem about population, resource and environment in the global extension becomes more and more flinty, appearance of sustainable development idea is rational choice, it discovers new idea and method for harmonious and sustainable development about society, economy and zoology. Land sustainable use is the basic springboard which promotes sustainable development of resource, environment, economy and society.Land sustainable is the radical safeguard of human survival and development, it is one of basic contents of sustainable development stratagem, and it is the base of development of society and economy. At present, we can study land sustainable use, evaluate influence among economy, society and zoology, discussion mode about land sustainable, and achievement for reasonable and effective scheme of land, and enhance land use efficiency. Urban land is one part of land resource, its asset benefit is tiptop, it supplies location and space for urban build and production, it is the substance base of urban sustainable development. As for urban, land is sustainable or not, which directly affects urban sustainable development.The thesis summarizes the study methods of urban land sustainable use at home and abroad, then author build evaluation index system of urban land sustainable from three aspects which are resource environment, economy and society with VB technique. The system includes basic flow about evaluation of land sustainable use, the evaluation system include several modules, such as indicator selection, indicator power, data input, sustainable use degree and evaluation standard, this system can achieve aim to automatically evaluate urban land sustainable use, we can real-time master value about urban land sustainable use. It offers convenient method for using urban land reasonably. On this base , author build evaluation index system of urban land sustainable use from three aspects which are resource environment, economy and society, select 15 indicators from three aspects with statistical data of ten urban in Shanxi province, and ensure selected indicator power with analytical hierarchy process. Then, author calculate every indicator sustainable use level, sustainable use capability and sustainable use harmony degree in some period of time or some the time of day from three aspects which are sustainable use level, capability and harmony degree. Finally, author get integrated index value of land sustainable use, and analyse the result, Result indicates that the degree of urban land sustainable use is in lower situation from 2000 to 2003 in ten cities of shanxi province. In 2004, urban land sustainable use degree of Jincheng and Yuncheng are in middle situation. In addition, author study ten urban land sustainable use from 2001 year to 2004 year, and get the result that sustainable degree enhances step by step.
