Following the variation trend of high speed development of science, technology and culture, e-commerce has been growing by leaps and bounds. A variety of Online business models including B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Customer), C2C (Customer to Customer) or020(Online to Offline) in all walks of life have occupied the considerable market of the traditional enterprise trade. Each big trade industry is scrambling to grab a place of e-commerce. The traditional commerce has emerged and been continuous improvement. With the change of environment of science and technology and the transformation of enterprise management strategy, dramatic changes are happening in the e-commerce industry all the time. For example, the development and using of all kinds of mobile terminal products, the raise and rush of channels and platforms on e-paying and consumption, lots of traditional offline commercial vocation’s changing business strategy and cooperation with financial industry, and the changing of Internet users’ consumption concept and shopping habits. With the advent of the era of big data, Internet information and data is filled with everyone’s working and life environment. People need to spend more time and wisdom, and learn more knowledge to identify, use and exert the value of big data.The evaluation of website quality plays a positive and fundamental role in constructing and improving Website comprehensive level. At the same time, the evaluation of website quality can provide more useful theory and evaluative feedback for the user experience of shopping. This paper studies and evaluates the mainstream e-commercial websites in China using analytical hierarchy process. Based on the theory and the documents, combining with predecessors’ research theory, this paper has an analysis and study of e-commercial website evaluation and establishes a comprehensive indicator evaluation system. This paper gets data using questionnaire method, expert investigation method and mathematical statistic method, and practices evaluation research through analytical hierarchy process. Finally, it carries on comprehensive evaluation to32e-commerce websites, proves it a practically feasible evaluation and obtains analysis results.The article’s topic content part is divided into six chapters altogether. Chapter1introduces a whole overview of the research background, content, significance and methods of the thesis and innovation point. Chapter2mainly describes present situation and development trend, research status and development trend of e-commerce sites about the big macro industrial environment from the domestic and foreign. In chapter3, based on the research results of evaluation index system of e-commerce websites at home and abroad and combining the theory and practice of our e-commerce site’s research, expert advice and research results, the site evaluation index system is determined. Through the use of asked volume investigation method and reliability analysis of the questionnaire results, the index system of reliability test and verify is established. The fourth chapter mainly carries on the empirical reseach, by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), on the evaluation of the website. The main process is as follow:expert grade weight of index system, constant feedback and adjust of the distribution of the weight value, quantizing the index, and eventually, having corresponding reliability calculation and verification. On this basis, through the Internet and questionnaire on the spot, a collection of32target site of the score data has been done. Then by calculating the corresponding theory and the method, it is concluded the final score of sites, and the preliminary statistical analysis has been carried on. In chapter5, it comes to websites evaluation results and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion, according to the horizontal and vertical and comprehensive statistical analysis of the results. Chapter6draws a total knot for the whole paper, and to gives supplement and improvement direction for ascension and ideas for the insufficient part.
