Research On SMS System Applied In The Civil Aviation Flight University

Promoted by the rapid GDP growth, higher level of consumption and air deregulation in China, the Chinese air transportation industry grows at a much faster speed than the average level of the world , and the position of the industry has been improve within the global transportation system. The demand for air transportation displays a vigorous trend. The main contradictions in operation of the industry at present stage display in the fields of personnel, infrastructures and management, and they have become the bottlenecks in restricting the further development of the industry. The shortage of pilots will be the key point for the growth. The civil aviation flight university (CAFUC) is the biggest flight training organization in china, trainning enough qualified pilots to the civil aviation community is the responsibility. By researching the CAFUC operation environment, aiming at impoving the training qulity, present a way to actualize the safety management system (SMS) in CAFUC and research the application methods.
