Market is the most important external environment for a enterprise tosurvive and grow. This essay indicates the shortcomings widely existed incompanies in our country, which is"Less coordination, more competition",through an analysis of market structure theory and intensity of markets intoday's circumstance,According to the analysis of cooperating andcompetition mechanism, this paper illustrates the relationship betweencooperation and competition, discover the relatively exclusive relationshipbetween the two and describe cooperation's essential meanings andclassifications. Further more, through intensively study on the establishmentsand keystones of coordinating relationship and conflictions in these activities,this essay illustrates the important factors during the whole process fromselecting partners, establishing partnership to the final success of this beautifulrelationship. In addition, this paper analysis the environment for a companyfrom micro and macro perspective, bring forward a general strategy gamingmodel and analyze competitions and co operations from competitions adaptingcomplete information static game theoryand repeated games model recognizingthe inevitability of coordination through the game theory study, we put forwarda cooperation methodology–the value net, give a brief introduction to thistheory, analyses its driving forces, illustrate its gaming model, and analyze thismodel dynamically through using an example of illustrating the patterns ofinteractivities between the key company and its competitors. In this way, wegot a conclusion, which is, cooperating, a mutual win solution, generates valuesand companies could benefit a lot from these co operations. Thus, the keyproblem could be the coordinating methodology and methodology for profit distribution in order to maintain this relationship. Through utilizing Shapelymethod, this essay solves the key problem, the profit distribution methodology.
