Applications Of The Game Theory In The Analysis On Dynamic Competition

In the 1990's, Dynamic competition theory was brought into our country. According to the theory, a competition action of an enterprise can cause a serious of reaction of the other enterprises which take part in the competition. Being different from former static research, the theory puts the emphasis on the internal rules and reasons. Studying the enterprise stratagem from the dynamic angle can be taken as making a quantity of an enterprise's strategy, and the critical factor for an enterprise to get the competition advantages is the quantity and quality of the enterprise's competition actions. Many scholars study an enterprise's Dynamic competition on the base of Game Theory, insisting that an enterprise must usually regulate its stratagy and action according to its rival's reaction and potential reaction.This thesis chooses technical innovation and enterprise merger, the two critical actions of Minzberg's a serious of an enterprise' actions, as the main research.On the technical innovation, firstly, we discuss the possibility of its happening, without the companies' agreement. Secondly, we study the possibility of cooperation with the help of the Prisoner's Delimma model. Thirdly, we make a further analysis on the technical cooperation innovation model, on the base of enterprise group and high-tech industry garden.On the merger, we analyze the merger and consolidation on the base of Auditmodel and Citizen Responsible model, putting focus on the importance of checking before merger and regulation after merger, further more, making a confirmable analysis on the case of TCL and Lenovo in details. In the end, the open innovation ideal is brought in.The main innovation of this thesis is, in the analysis of technical cooperation innovation, we modify the technical cooperation innovation model using former relative research fruits for reference.
